Ardstone Capital Acquires Prominent Greater London Grade A Office Asset
Ardstone Capital have acquired 1 Parkshot in Richmond from Aviva Investors for £8.175 million. The asset comprises a fully let self-contained Grade A multi-let office building, located just 100m from Richmond train station, offering significant reversionary and future development potential.
Nick Cashmore of Ardstone Capital said of the transaction; “1 Parkshot represented a rare opportunity for Ardstone Capital to acquire a high quality Freehold Grade A office building in a sought after Greater London market. The building offers an attractive entry yield with potential to drive value further through various asset management initiatives.
