Ardstone Capital has confirmed two new lettings with global legal advisors DWF choosing to locate their Glasgow HQ to the recently refurbished Sentinel Building in Waterloo Street and tech business Sandgate Systems moving to 76 Wellington Street in Leeds.
The letting to DWF at Sentinel caps off a good 12 months for the asset with Ardstone having achieved two of Glasgow’s most significant lettings with insurance giants Chubb and Sedgwick International each taking 2 floors.
Interest in the remaining 4 floors, including the 9th floor with its spectacular roof terrace, is reportedly strong.
In Leeds Sandgate Systems have agreed terms to take the last remaining office floor at 76 Wellington Street, located directly opposite Wellington Place in the commercial heart of the City.

Both assets are held within the Ardstone Regional Office Fund, a programmatic venture by Ardstone Capital, that is exclusive to clients of CBRE Global Investment Partners (CBRE GIP)
Knight Frank and Phil Reid Associates acted on behalf of the Ardstone Regional Office Fund at Sentinel, while WSB Property Consultants and JLL are appointed at 76 Wellington Street.
