Ardstone complete the purchase of 76 Wellington Street, Leeds

Ardstone Capital, the private investment manager, has acquired its first asset in Leeds on behalf of the Ardstone Regional Office Fund (‘AROF’). The building was acquired on the 17th December from Aviva Investors for £8.4 million and is the fund’s ninth asset.

Located within the core of Leeds City Centre, 76 Wellington Street is a modern Grade A building completed in 1998 and provides open plan office accommodation arranged over ground and five upper floors, extending to 35,800 sq. is currently let to four high quality tenants, namely Pinsent Masons LLP, Secretary of State for Environment, Transport & Regions, Aldermore Bank Plc and Home Group Ltd.
