Ardstone complete the purchase of 76 Wellington Street, Leeds

Ardstone Capital, the private investment manager, has acquired its first asset in Leeds on behalf of the Ardstone Regional Office Fund (‘AROF’). The building was acquired on the 17th December from Aviva Investors for £8.4 million and is the fund’s ninth asset.
