Ardstone acquires Ship Canal House for £26m from HIMOR Group

Ardstone Capital, on behalf of the Ardstone Regional Office Fund (‘AROF’), has acquired Ship Canal House, a landmark prime office investment at the heart of Manchester’s office core, for £26m from HIMOR Group.

The 72,500 sq ft historic building has nine floors of refurbished office space and ground floor retail. The property is let to eight tenants including Virgin Money, Liverpool Victoria, Gateley and BNP Paribas.
