We currently manage a significant real estate portfolio of investment and development projects, with over 200 tenants, in five countries. Valentine Vallée Verte, Marseille

We formed a joint venture to buy and develop a business park outside Marseilles, France. We obtained zoning to develop 1 million square feet of office and light industrial space over 5 years with a projected gross development value of €120 million. In December 2007, we sold the project to Goodman's European Business Park Fund massively outperforming our target returns within eighteen months.
