We currently manage a significant real estate portfolio of investment and development projects, with over 200 tenants, in five countries. Our portfolio includes offices, logistics, retail and residential.

 | Good quality and striking high profile multi-let office and retail asset. Although we did not acquire the asset we were contracted to perform an intensive asset management assignment as the asset was 85% vacant when we took over. It needed active asset management and repositioning in the local letting market. We focused on increasing the occupancy rate and reducing service charges. Within 16 months of starting the assignment we secured four new tenants and the asset is very close to being fully occupied. The asset is now performing very well.
