We currently manage a significant real estate portfolio of investment and development projects, with over 200 tenants, in five countries.  | This is a very visible corner retail and office property with value-add characteristics. It was 80% vacant at acquisition and in need of active asset management to be repositioned in the local market. The strategy was to restructure and improve the rent roll, physically upgrade the exterior and common areas and sell. We removed the ground floor retail tenant, replaced them with a bank and sold the property to a German institution. It took three years and outperformed initial targets.
