Nils is Head of Germany for Ardstone and is based in Dusseldorf. He has 26 years of real estate experience and is highly respected and well known in the industry. Ardstone currently manages a substantial real estate fund in Germany, with a particular focus on Dusseldorf. The Fund’s strategy is focused on the office sector and its strategy combines core-plus with value-add. Our current investment strategy in Germany covers core-plus and value-add, single assets, mixed portfolios and joint ventures.
