Philippe is Head of France, for Ardstone and is based in Paris. He has 40 years of real estate experience and is highly respected and well known in the industry. Ardstone currently manages a significant portfolio of commercial real estate assets in France. Our current investment strategy in France covers core-plus and value-add, single assets, mixed portfolios, VEFA’s and joint ventures. Ille de France will be a key focus, however given our depth of experience, we will actively target the main provincial markets.
