The Ardstone Regional Office Fund, a programmatic venture funded by clients of CBRE Global Investment Partners (CBRE GIP), has welcomed the third tenant to its high quality refurbished office building at 90 Victoria Street, Bristol,
IT consultancy firm BJSS is taking 6,500 sq ft on the first floor and joins a strong tenant line-up alongside accountancy firm Mazars and White Young Green.
BJSS is relocating from serviced offices at 10 Victoria Street, thanks to continued growth within its Bristol team. The firm, which provides integrated software solutions, was named one of Europe’s 100 leading companies in the 2016/17 European Business Awards. It operates offices and project centres across the UK and USA, with clients including some of the world’s largest investment banks, retail banks, government departments, retailers and commodity traders.
With three of the four floors in 90 Victoria Street now occupied, this leaves 5,000 sq ft available on the ground floor.
Lucy Bannerman of Ardstone Capital, says, “We are delighted to welcome our third, high quality tenant in BJSS to 90 Victoria Street. This was our first acquisition in Bristol as part of the Ardstone UK Regional Office Fund, and we are pleased with how well the refurbished building has been received.”
The remaining suite at 90 Victoria Street benefits from ground floor reception, refurbished WCs and shower facilities, as well as raised access floors, suspended ceilings and LED lighting.
Richard Kidd, Director at GVA, who jointly represented Ardstone Capital with JLL, comments, “Bristol experienced an impressive year of take-up in 2016, and this appears to be continuing into 2017. Another letting at 90 Victoria Street demonstrates the confidence in the market for high quality space.
“The growth of BJSS and its need to take on more space in the city reflects the success of the TMT sector which has seen more growth in the Bristol and Bath areas than anywhere else outside of London*”
