Ardstone Capital acquires 2 Temple Back East, Bristol for the Ardstone Regional Office Fund.

The purchase of 2 Temple Back East, Bristol was made on behalf of the Ardstone UK Regional Office Fund, a programmatic venture funded by clients of CBRE Global Investment Partners and managed by Ardstone Capital. The deal is the fund’s thirteenth asset and the fund’s second purchase in Bristol.

Ardstone Capital acquired the Grade A, self-contained office building from Deka-S-Property Fund.

The property, which comprises 87,513 sq ft of office space, is let in its entirety to Osborne Clarke who have a 20 year lease from July 2002
